This year, I vowed to step out of my comfort zone. A reader recently asked what I meant by that. Although it wasn’t intentional, I didn’t share what my comfort zone looked like, why I wanted to expand it, and why it may be difficult to do. However, The Power of Change
Interesting to hear your journey out of your comfort zones after covid. Especially since you're immuno compromised. Must have been a scary time. That virus sure messed with our sense of security.
Absolutely. It is a major issue for people with Chronic Lyme and other tick-borne infections. I've tried many approaches to reduce inflammation and help with brain fog; many were not helpful. One herbal supplement that has been is a combination of Burbur/Pinella. I use one from Nutramedix. I also like products from Woodland Essence. Others things that help- no gluten or dairy, staying well hydrated (64+ oz a day- I drink a high alkaline water with lemon); infrared saunas. I loved reading about your “stepping out of your comfort zone “ experiences. They show a lot of courage. I like this definition of courage from Susan Jeffers. “Courage is feeling the fear and doing it anyway “. Hope 2024 is your best year yet!

I didn't know others had similar experiences with inflammation and memory. Is there anything that you've tried that helps?
